What spring did you replace???? load spring-oneway spring - pressure spring
A picture or a way better description would be helpful, as we can't see your machine or what it is doing.
Thanks!
(Just a guess, but it sounds a little like you replaced the return spring on the pressure solenoid with one that isn't strong enough to release the pressure hook. But based on the information you provided so far that is probably wrong.)
Hi guys thanks for reply. The name of the spring is "Spring cam follower". I will try to get a picture to you.
just to share some more info on what is happening, this spring broke at one end which is why I replace it. It appears as if the timing is off.
I've found many of those springs broken and the machine is still running fine (still will replace it while back there). The RZ spring has less tension and won't break. So I wouldn't focus on the spring, you probably have a different failed part or for some reason the timing has gone off. In which case reference the manual and put it back in time.
Thanks guys for your, I got the problem solved. The absorber was worn.
