    Error d-04 534

Good day, I wanted to get some help with a problem I am having with a
with a Riso 390 UI. It is showing an error d-04 534, I look up the error code d-04 534 and found that the ink is wrong. I replace the drum and ink and I am still getting the same error. Any idea what this could be?

Probably the RF tag on the ink bottle is bad, unless you accidentally put the wrong color ink in that drum.

Hi right I am using black, no color.
I have tried a new drum and a new toner, but I am still getting the same error.
    Could it be a board.

    Lightbulb Re: Error d-04 534

I am on a RISO SF9450 and this worked for me:

    Error: D04-534
Wrong-type Ink Cartridge Installed or Cannot Read Ink Info Replace Ink Cartridge or Contact dealer/Riso Office

    Solution:
1: When the printer is off, keep press and holding the left and right buttons, then switch the printer on. It should now show a "TEST MODE" splash-screen on the display,
    2: Input number"9874", and press"Start”,
3: Input number "1214", and press "Start",
4: Input the number associated to the color, and press "Start”,
Color code: black (1), blue (2), medium blue (3), Red (4), bright red (5), Riso Federal (6), Purple (7), Riso Marine Red (8), Burgundy (9), Green (10), Teal (11), Brown (12), Yellow (13), Light grey (14), Grey (15), Fluorescence Pink (16), Fluorescence Orange (18), Orange (19), Flat Gold (19), Hunter Green (20), Crimson (21), If the color is not listed above, set it to (63).
5: Turn off the printer and turn on again.
