RP3700 - Master Disposal Tray won't fit back in the machine!

Hello! The Master Disposal Tray won't fit back in the machine! I insert it, but it seems like something is blocking it.

To add some context, I have an RP3700 - I just acquired a new drum from ebay, and was trying it out. I've had repeated problems with the masters stripping off (then the machine telling me to remove the master when it was off already) - then the masters mis-feeding repeatedly. Not sure if they're all connected?

I've been into test mode to see if there was some sort of function - then thought better of it.

I have just been into test mode to manually eject the drum - and it won't come out either - incase that is connected?

Just solved it somehow - I managed to get the drum out - it was half rotated which must have caused some problems. Master Disposal tray went back in after this.

    Weird!
