My riso graph gr 2950 copy output is very poor and ink resolution is not good.how to solve this problem

Drum shell and screens are probably clogged from non use if that old machine has low copy counts. Use your favorite solvent and get dirty (inky). There are many posts in here about this same problem and how/what to clean it with
