Riso RN2100 Error: "Wrong-Type Print Drum"

The error above comes up and de Riso does not start nor continu.
Has somebody experience with this error and how to solve it?

Is this a new machine to you, or a new/used drum you just received, or your old machine that has popped this message???

Hey there Huckleberry,
we have a 2150 so I would hope the problems would be similar.

We had this error when we mistakenly bought an A4 size drum and tried to put it in our B4 machine.
The only solution we found is to open up and replace the electronic 'board' inside the drum (close to the end of where the ink tube goes) with one from a functional drum. This makes the machine think its the right kind of drum.
