RISO RP3700, only one drum can be inserted, the other 10 cant slide in

I came across a strange issue with two of my RP3700 machines. I have been working on getting all my drums in working order, and up until now I had about 10 working drums. The last one I inserted is now the only one that will actually go inside the machine. The other 9 or so hit something before being able to connect. I havent had this happen before and could find any info about it, or even what to search for.

    Thank you in advance

spoke too soon, found this thread: Riso RP Drum problems

This solved the major issue, but I see that the flange dots are not lining up in back of this one drum. I am a bit confused on how to adjust it.

Someone mentioned a Drum shaft jig, such as: DRUM SHAFT JIG

Is that what I need or can i manipulate the rear drum flange without buying another tool?

Just need a timing on the drive gears in the back everything needs to be timed according to the service manual, follow the steps and you will be good
