    Angry GR3750 paper feed issues

My Riso GR3750 started mis-feeding paper after I burned a new master (I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or the root of the issue).

Now, the paper either mis-feeds or jams on the paper-feed side (depending on the green dial settings). I've adjusted those two green dials endlessly but cannot seem to get it to feed properly again. It tends to print ONE sheet fine and then the second sheet stops around 2/3 of the way in and it makes a funny sputtering sound. See the two videos below.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: here's an image of the inside as well ...

Have you checked the receiving sensor?

Just checked, in Test Mode: Paper Sensor, Paper Receiving Sensor 1, and Paper Receiving Sensor 1. All three tests had NO DETECTION.

    Re: GR3750 paper feed issues

I have three possible areas that could cause that jam & sound. 1 need new feed tires and separator pad. 2 need new paper feed clutch. 3 new timing roller springs or cleaned and adjusted. And I'd think the third is least likely looking at you picture, but not 100%. Now if one of the two load springs are broken one the timing roller you maybe big out of luck, they are not available. Unless someone else on here has a stash, it's one of the few parts I don't have sitting around for GR units.

    Good luck.
