RIp SC7700

Hello I've got a riso gr3770 with a SC7700 But I don't arrived to connect it on my wnodows xp

First I instal the riso consol (no problem)

then i try to install a printer and the consol doesnt see the sc7700 so I try manually and I enter the id but after that under status it written "No SC connected"

I'dont Know what to do any ideas ?

If you are still here, did you start the equipment in the right order? Start the GR3770 first, the SC7700 second, and the computer last.
I suppose you might check the cable between the 3770 and the 7700. It is a special Riso only cable, non Riso cables won't work.
Unfortunately, I didn't do a lot with the interfaces, so I'm not going to be a lot of help here. I do seem to remember that computer interfaces like the SC7700 were discussed more frequently here a while back, so you might check the archived posts from 5 or 6 years ago or earlier and see if anything there can help.
