T1 Error Code — No Technicians in NZ

Hi All—

I changed the drum to a colour drum on our machine yesterday and it began to set up a new master and now I am unable to remove the drum with a T1 error message.

Is there an easy fix to remove the drum and re-insert the black drum.

It is coming up with a clamp error T1: call service on the display.

Is my only option to take the back off and turn the screw and manually release the drum?

Panic over.

Manually span drum and removed it.
