RISO RP3100AW paper jam error but there is no paper in eject area

We have a RISO RP 3100 AW that is currently not working. The issue is with it saying that there is a paper jam in the eject area even though there is nothing being stuck in there.

So far we have tried checking on the inside to see if there is anything in the path of the eject area to make it stuck.

Would appreciate any suggestions/tips. Thanks in advance

ok need more info... it's jamming is there a CODE?

have you checked the sensors in that area?

what does your manual say is the issue?
