there is no glory without sacrifice
I have seen a few different causes for this. First is often the paper, does it happen with a different ream? Second, impression roller needs replaced. Third, one-way timing gear. There is a tech flash from 2005 about replacing the timing gear, see attached PDF. Good luck.
thanks for the info jermyth. it happen in all reams. but just in news print paper or thin paper type if they use bond 20 gsm or book paper its ok. i will try the one way timing gear that you said.thank you so much.

Probably the Impression Roller under the drum like jermyth mentioned
