    RisoR3950UI

Riso FR3950UI.jpgHopefully this can be seen. I'm curious what would cause the duplicator not to print the whole original. The print is about the 30th. I service copiers mainly, this is only the 2nd Riso I've looked at. Thanks!!!

Was this a scan or print? try an internal print if this was scanned, to eliminate the scanner.

Has the drum been sitting long without use? When a drum sits, the screen can clog, causing poor fill issues. See past threads on how to clean a drum. If a different color drum is available, try the same image and compare the resuts.

If it's not the drum as ddude suggests and internal print is good, it kind of looks to me that the scanner settings are set to very light or the scan mode is a lighter setting. Good luck.
