    Riso RZ 990u printing streaks on envelopes

    Hello everybody, We have a riso 990u that keeps ding this to envelopes

    even After we remake the master it still put the read streak on it. Do we need to manually clean the drum? or is there menu option the can clean this up? Thanks!
