Duplicators in general are more reliable than copiers. The only duplicator I have ever worked on is the Risograph line. Of them, some were a little more problematic than others; but the one that I really dislike working on is the CR and TR series. These are usually placed where there are multiple users and thus many screw things up out of ignorance.

I didn't hate them, but I really didn't like the disposal sections on the Risograph RA line. Between having to adjust the disposal rollers for even pressure, broken disposal entrance guides, adjusting the entrance guides so they don't catch the clamp plate and the bending of the disposal plates, they could be a real bear at times. And when you ordered the disposal plates, they always seemed to be the metric version instead of the inch versions. GRRRRRR.
