Machine jams about every 5 copies for no reason. It is feeding up to the 2nd feed assy but then it acts like it never turns the timing rollers. any ideas.

Is the machine out of time??? Check one way on the timing and guide cam. Also check the clutch spring on the front of the T/G rollers.

Replace the second paper feed area 1-way timing gear. The updated part number is 612-02101-207 and has a red core instead of black.

trying the one way gear now timing is not the issue and the spring is fine. will get back to you when the part comes in.
