    T11-602 means
"The print Pressure limit sensor does not change during print pressure operation".
Where the two pressure springs hang on the bottom plate, this is the print pressure mechanism.
I would say a gear has blown in this mechanism.
Had it happen a few times!!

    Rison

    V2 1995.

Seen m/c today. Error code comes up after about 30 secs from sw on. It will do a test print but print is poor. Looks like pressure roller is not in contact with drum!

    Pressure Control

Behind the power supply is the pressure control section. Look for the pressure control motor towards the top. Metal gear on pressure control motor drives plastic gear in pressure control mech. I would check that gear first.

    Riso RP 3700 (T11-602)

Thanks for info. all gears are ok. Gone into service & checked "print pressure home action" & "print pressure cycle action", both have the T11-602 codes. Any ideas on resetting it?

    TM 80

Test mode 80 is clear error data staus. Does the pressure control motor turn at all or does it code right away?
