Riso 3770 is grabbing 1/8" of paper?

Hi,
Sorry no service technician in my area... Just wondering if anyone could help out... my GR3770 is feeding fine until about the last 1/8 of stock and then it grabs it all and shoots it through the machine. I'm not sure which adjuster screw... angle or pressure would be correct... or if it is related to the grab roller... I've tried both adjuster screws with no apparent change...

Sounds like your table height is too high.Behind the cover over the tray is a sensor with an actuator that you can move down slightly.Dont move it too much...just a little will make a big difference

Sounds like could be stripper pad could be table height but would look at pad first...
