Riso RP3700 - How do I change IP address?

This is a favour for one of our new Sharp customers.
She accidentally deleted the Riso RP3700 from her Printers folde and the port is now beng used by the new Sharp machine.

I have never worked on or even seen a Riso before, is the user interface easy enough to navigate to change the IP address or are there any specific steps I need to be aware of?

Yes, I know, I could assign a fresh IP to the Sharp and create a new port, but the machine wil be flat out when I visit in the morning.

Any help from you 'Dupeys' would be much appreciated, or I will be going in blind tommorrow!

    Thanks in anticipation

To set up from new you need the risorinc cd. You run the software it finds the mc and you give it an I.P. that you want.

If you don't have the cd but you know the I.P address it may be possible to hook up a laptop via crossover cable. Change laptop into range of IP address and web into riso and change IP.

Not sure about this as I have only ever set them up from new with the C.D.

    Many thanks for that.
I eventually found a CD on site with a network utility.
Once installed, this gave me the IP address of the Riso.
Although the Riso had been deleted from the Printers folder, the driver was still on the system so all up and running again!

    Thanks again...I owe you one!

Glad one of the useless pieces of information running around in my head was of use.
