GR 3770 Drum Roller Stuck

Hi, I just ran into a problem and don't really know how to fix it.
The black padded roller that is right underneath where the color drums sits got stuck in the "up position" right against the color drum. I got the drum pulled out but now I can't put it back in because it hits the raised roller. (The machine is saying to insert a color drum)

I feel like it got stuck in the middle of a job. What is the best way for me to proceed. Is there a way to manually lower the roller? Do i need to replace something?

Any help or thoughts would be a big help.

Thanks in Advance.

Yeah, I think I have that manual already. I couldn't really find out what to do from that. I was just checking here to see if someone with experience maybe had an idea of what was wrong.

Pull up on the roller

Reach into machine, pull roller up as far as it will go with out pulling it out of the cradle. The drop it. The roller will go to the right position. It could be a sign that something in the pressure system is malfunctioning, or it could be that the roller just got stuck up. If the problem persists call a tech.

THANKS!!!

Worked like a charm. I haven't had too many problems with it. Just little quirks here and there.

Does anyone have any references for Techs in the Brooklyn/NYC area? I would like to get in touch with one just to take a look at it soon anyways.
