Riso 1610 has a c25 master stuck

But there is no master stuck to the cylinder. I just received this machine from storage and it gives a c25 code every time I make a master, does anybody have any ideas.

It is looking for a master to take off the drum.Load a master by hand, make sure it goes over the round bar and under the clamp.Run a few copies and then try to make a master.

check that the rubber bands that strip the master off arent worn or broken, this is a common occurance with this machine.

Thanks guys I cleaned the bands put a blank master on, now it works flawless. Thanks
