    Ricoh Duplicators

We have been a RISO dealer 20 years. Ricoh has been begging us to sell thier boxes for years. I would like to know from tech/service managers if the NEW ones are durable enough to stand behind. I have never worked on one and it's been probably 7 years since we traded in a Gestetner(I think) brand and it looked like a nightmare in areas. RISO's can go years and millions of copies between calls (in the right environment/operator).

Good or bad let me hear it.
    Thanks

The Boss saw the writing on the wall and is sticking with RISO. Too solid to give up.

    Thanks

I agree, I would stick with Riso. Get a few million on the Ricohs and they are trouble.

I've worked on Ricoh's for 20 years and we moved over to Riso 2 years ago. I won't go back to Ricoh even if they pay me. Stay with Riso.

    Re: Ricoh Duplicators

Ricoh is a good machine but Riso is the best..

Still some customers would go for Ricoh coz they'll use memeo ink for memeographs. The memeo ink very cheap but the consequence for this is the drum (ie clogged or overflow)..Riso have already used RF tags to prevent this..
