RISO Paper Feed - Green Dials

Does anyone know what the default / proper setting are for the green dials in the paper feed area on a RISO? I have a GR3750 and I adjusted these dials a few months ago to print card stock. But now my normal (text) stock is not feeding correctly -- and I can't remember the original settings.

For 20 lb paper the general rule is left dial at 9 o'clock, right dial at 11 (where the phillips head screw cutout is). Multifeeding turn right dial clockwise, misfeeding turn right dial counter-clockwise. Usually an hour increment at a time. If you have to adjust the left dial then the feed tires and sep pad are probably nearing the end of life.

What color are those feed tires? Black? Generics?

Thanks. I'll give this a try. Feed tires are dark gray or black. Not really sure if they're generics or not? They worked just fine this summer, but the machine hasn't been in use since August. Now I'm needing it again.
