new problem, can't load a drum into the machine anymore.

the slide (without a drum) slips in and can be manually released, but the slide with a drum stops a little bit before the locking.
might be a sensor problem, but which one?
any help would be appreciated, thank.

Sounds like the drum cam is not aligning with the drum. You need to rotate the cam in the machine to the correction position for the drum to lock into place. Two ways to do this, 1st with TM 61 and watch the cam rotate to the correction postion to align with the drum shaft. 2nd use the drum rotation button on the PCB in the back of the machine.

third have your left hand clicking the drum set switch, push the green button with your right hand and quickly move your right hand to the power switch. you will be watching the drum chuck in the back of the machine. before it gets almost to the point where the drum chuck is supposed to be turn off the power. it should stop right where it should be so you can slide in your drum. if you miss it the machine will error code hold down the reset to clear the code and try again. should take 1 min good luck!!!
