the error code says that the paper try is hanging and is not going up again.

i found :
T2 Elevator motor lock

and is recomendet to screw of the back and look if there is thust on the switch, but i can not find the correct switch.
then it says go into test mode and try to but some service number in the panel, but how to i but this number in, the panel shows only the numbers 0 1 2
