We have a pretty new Duplo DP-m410, only 195k, with a master feed problem. It has less than 4k master count. Twice now, we have found about 2 1/2 feet of master wrapped around the platen roller. Also, the master clamp clump length constantly varies and sometimes causes problems. It throws an error code of E040. The new mylar guide mod has been attached to the cutter. In help mode, the sensors all test good.We cleaned and checked the master feed clutch but no help. We tried swapping sensors with each other to see if the problem followed, but no help. The problem with these newer machines is you can't easily open the scanner and watch the master feed process. I understand there is a way to defeat this involving several help modes and a few sensors. Does anyone know how to do this, or know a fix for this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thank You.
