i get this error code everytime i send a file to print (S12-103 error code)
im kinda new to this machines and i don´t know
what could it be.

hi, you'd better ask the technicians who supply you machine.

The wing motor has become stuck or is not working. The two chrome ramps on the exit of the machine are the wings that bow the paper when it comes out. They move to different positions for different size paper. Most likely the home position sensor is dirty of they are stuck.
