Riso 5500 and custom sizes W7-64

I have a problem with PS7R Riso5500 and rip with the driver w7 64bits and custom sizes, does not work, just the standard.
With the 32bit version all ok.

Does anyone know the solution? or continue printing from W7 32bit.

... Dont work fine, with all drives i proof. Only print A4/A3.
I download it from My firmware versión, and no work.
Someone can help me?
