Riso GR3750 Image Adjustment?

My Risg GR3750 has an issue.
Every master I make on Any cylinder I use the image prints more than 1 inch to the right of the lead edge. There's not enough range in the "print position" button to compensate for that discrepency.
How do I determine if it's the cylinder alignment, timing or scanner that is out of sync?

Get a manual and check the timing in the back. There are holes and cut outs that need to line up 1st. Then there is a procedure for adjusting the registration. These may have been listed in a previous thread or two on how to.
