Usually its the lower registration roller that's worn are the prints ok on slow speed and as the machine done approx 1million prints?

If the answer is yes then it is definitely the lower registration roller that needs replacing.

    Hi all
Thanks for feedback, customer has decided to upgrade so will investigate further when m/c comes back next week but suspect either lwr reg roller as above or reg motor. Thanks again.
