Risograph GR 3750 Exit Belts Not Moving

The belts in the exit area that move paper out of the machine suddenly stopped moving. I can move them manually, so they aren't physically stuck. The paper moves under the drum and gets printed, but then just sits inside the machine. Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Two possibilities. 1, the one-way gear in the exit drive clutch gears is slipping. 2, set screw in gear on drive shaft in exit assembly has worked out. 2 is easier to fix and check, get a manual and see chapter on paper ejection on how to remove the assembly (too long to type). The one-way gear possibility is harder and the gear would need to be replaced. If you end up needing the gear, PM me I might have one.
    Good luck.

It's usually the set screw has backed out.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Thanks for your replies. Strangely, after leaving the machine for a few days, the exit rollers suddenly started working again.

Strange indeed, replying to the post almost after three years.I suggest you still crosscheck the set screw and other related components.
