ALL PRINT HEADS NEED CLEANING on HC 5000

    Dear Friends,
I am looking for any assistance in getting my HC 5000 Riso going. The machine has been sitting for a very long time and I tried to do a test print after doing regular cleaning and hyper cleaning, but all the heads need cleaning.
Is there a special solution that I can buy or what can I do to avoid having to pay a Service man to come in?
    Thanks

Recovery cleaning KCMY. Afterwards NZL ckeck, then extra cleaning for the color that needs more cleaning.
But you can also do manual cleaning by rubbing each head very carefully ( I don't recomend this for beginners)!

Is there a special solution that I can buy .....
    NO!

So let me get this straight, you're an end user and you're asking on a professional copier forum for ways to get around having to call a technician and have to pay for it. You've got some nerve.
