    just a stab in the dark here. but the machine is not seeing the paper come out of the machine, but it thinks that one has fed in. which style stripper unit it is in the machine? is the stripper unit the height adjustable one? did you check your paper tray height? the real old 6300s had a buckle sensor that would cause an issue as well. i mean so much stuff. but it sounds like the paper is not getting in. your card lever should be thrown down. if it is not try it down. there should be a sliding sensor about the feed tire assy that will allow you to adjust paper tray height. it should be between 2 and 2.5 mm

    If the print is in the right spot on the page but not exiting fast enough, check the allen screw on the exit unit drive belt assembly. It may have backing itself out. GR's had them but been way to long since I've seen and RC.
