That's the weirdest thing. If I am interpreting those pictures correctly, the drum drive coupling in the machine is 180 degrees out of position to the coupling on the drum.
It looks it is out of timing, I belive the drive gears are the old ones, which caused to go out of timing, the main drum drive gears should be white and the coupling gear in the back should metal on both of tbem.
Just downloaded a PCI from the Riso website on the RP drive gears

I turned the drive key 180 degrees and the drum locked in and everything seems normal. The machine is definitely out of time though, won't print more than one print at a time, so I'll have to take a look at that.
Thank you for this resource, it seems all the drums (6) need the upgrade... I'm not really sure where to go for parts.

The upgrade was for the machine itself not the drums.
