    RZ390 Error Code P01-537

Error code states that its an overrun error. Can anyone suggest how to correct this error?

What have you done to correct this error so far? I don't want to tell you to do something you have already tried, that would be a useless waste of time.

Did you use TEST MODE No.942?

I tested all relative sensor and did run test mode 942. Riso would work for a while but I notice that after a considrable run (1000) mininum error would appear or the paper ejection belts would just keep running and wont stop

I noticed that once machine cools down, error code disappears. One thing I noticed is that whenever I try to make a master, the print cylinder keeps running. any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Thnks

The machine running longer than you expect when you make a master could just be the machine's normal idling action. If the machine hasn't been used for the period of time it has been programmed for, it will put a blank master on the drum and run for a bit before making the actual master. Take a look at the left hand side of the control panel while the master is being made and see if there is a light illuminated next to a button labeled "Idle".
As far as the error code going away after a while, that could be an indication that the power being supplied by the socket the machine is plugged into is outside the limits that the machine can handle while the error code is indicated. At least that would be the first thing I'd check.

I'm sorry for the extra long sentence in my last post. I sometimes have trouble with that.
