PDF Printing Different Sizes in Different Colors

Hey Everyone,

I had a designer put together a file for me and send it over for print.

It's separated into two layers, Gold and Black. He also provided a preview of how it should look.

I received the PDF and now am having an issue with registration on each layer.

For some reason the Gold layer is about 12% (11.5mm wide x 18mm high as opposed to 10.7mm x 16.7mm high) larger than the black layer and pushed further to the left.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

I'm printing through a MAC OS 10.5.8 using a IP and the driver for the RZ 3 series.
