Master Disposal Error A04-303 on RP3700

    Hello,

I am having issues with my black drum on my RP3700. This machine is fairly new to me and has been printed fine until now. It comes up with the A04 - 303 error, saying that there is a master disposal error and I need to manually remove the master. There is no master on the drum and I have not been able to get past this point. It does not happen with my blue drum. I'm assuming its something to do with the black strip next to where the master clamps - it is cracked (see pic) and perhaps this is the problem? Can this be replaced / revived? Or if it is not this area the sensor reads, or shouldn't cause a problem, then I would appreciate any other ideas.
    Cheers

First check the white collars on the clamp plate, if any are broken or cracked, get it replaced. Second manually put a master on the drum. Sometimes RP units get stuck in their thinking and have to be spoon feed to get unstuck.
    Good luck.
