Print Spooler - Windows XP

Im having massive problems with windows XP and the printer spooler
crashing everytime I try to print. I think that the Riso driver software is the
problem. Im using the disk that came with my EZ370. I have tried doing
a fresh install of XP and reinstalling the driver but that hasn't helped.

Is it worth getting a postscript RIP? which model would be compatible if so?

I haven't done a lot of work with connected Risos, so please take this with a "grain of salt".
Still, you might want to check here to see if there is a new driver.
It would be useful if you could tell us more about the problem if you are able to share that information. We can't see what is going on like you can.
