Replace broken gear on Riso rz390

The lower gear in the thermal area broke on this riso and I just got the parts in for it. I read on here that this was a common gear that breaks. What is the easiest way to go about changing out this gear?



Parts number is 612-10010-008
Description is GEAR; M1x20x6

UPDATE : Managed to find the service manual for it. Gear replaced.

this is machine design error
two springs one each side are two strong , is there possible to replace springs , every two or three years , the gear must broken
i replace this gears twice in three years , ---try to find the way to replace springs
