Riso GR1700 Questions

Hi I have 2 questions:

1. Does anyone know if a computer interface is available for this model? If so please suggest any resources to acquire one.

2. Has anyone ever mixed custom colors for their RISO. I have heard of people doing this with good results. It seems simple enough to clean out a cartridge and fill with another ink. I am interested in experimenting. I would like to make a white ink for the RISO.

SC Question - The SC3000, SC3500, SC5500 and SC7000/7500 all will work with the GR Series, you will need (besides the SC) the Option Card. I do not have any at the moment (SC's or Option Cards) but I believe Southern Duplicating Systems have a few they received from trade-ins. (also the CI300 will work, but is much slower and bulky than the SC's, I believe the same option board will work and the CI uses drivers that comes with the win98 - XP operating systems - Linotronic 300 v47.1)

Are far as the custom colors, the only ones I have been exposed to were mixed by RISO.
