Rp3700 Paper-Ejection Mechanism — Separator leaving a middle mark

Dear all


After a 3-sheet jam on a RP3790 it seems the separator is now malfunctioning. It seems to be slightly touching the master/drum, leaving a sharp mark in the middle of the print. I can clearly see the trail of the separator in the master wrapped around the drum. The same thing happens when I try any other drum.


Please any help will be greatly appreciated, I am gutted to think I might have to get it serviced with so many projects in need of completing

Strongly recommend getting a RP service manual. I've attracted chapter 8 paper-ejection section, see page 26 for adjustments.
