We are currently looking for several roles across the UK as either Trainee or experienced Service Technicians. Locations are:

Scotland (Glasgow and surrounding areas)
Surrey - site based role only
Liverpool and the surrounding areas
Manchester and the surrounding areas

These are field based positions (apart from the Surrey role), working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

As a trainee, we would expect a good understanding of mechanics/ electro mechanics or PC/ IT based work and can demonstrate this either through study, work experience or passions outside work.

A trainee would be working towards, but as an established Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing post-sales/implementation technical support services on the specified Toshiba MFP equipment, to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. You will have a high regard for excellent customer service from answering customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions, to informing them of any updates when working on their premises.
