Xeros Service Technician needed in The Gambia, West Africa

We, an expanding Media Print Company in The Gambia, West Africa, are looking for a m/f Xerox service technician.

Required skills:

Diagnose and repair company owned copy machines. Preventive maintenance, emergency repair and troubleshooting of these machines to ensure permanent service.

Diagnose and repair used copy machines intended for resale. Machines must be put into top condition before delivery to customer. Set up and installation of sold copy machines at customer’s premises. May involve travelling to neighboring West African countries.

Researching, diagnosing errors or technical problems, troubleshooting and identifying proper solutions to resolve problems with customer’s copy machine. This should be first tried through telephone hotline. If not possible, then repair by visiting customer’s premises.

If you have no experience working with Xerox copiers but have a background in technical engineering or working with other brand name copiers, we could under certain circumstances provide training at Xerox.
