Well it like this ... I came to Australia in 2004 on working holiday visa and obtained employment from one of the top 4 copier companies... after 6 months the company sponsored me for a 4 year 457 visa... and after 3 years I applied to make it permanent. They are looking to obtain 2-3 other experienced Engineers from the UK or Ireland in the same path.

Working Holiday visa is 417 for 1 year but catch is you have to be under 31 before you can enter Australia. Takes 2 weeks to get this visa.

The 457 visa can be obtained if you are under 45 but it can be tricky if you are not actually in Australia (but easy if you are on a 417). It still can be done but its gonna take at least 5-6 months to sort out the paperwork at both ends if you are outside of Australia. Probably suit single person as moving family on this visa can have certin restrictions.

You can also apply for permanent residency which means live in Australia unrestricted for as long as you want, This is gonna take about 12-18 months. If you are short on the 120 points the company will sponsor the right applicant and they will only require 100 points plus you can take the whole family with you.

Also the whole process above suits people born and educated in Ireland or UK. As company has already sponsored 1 from each country with great success.

But the right applicant from Germany, Holland or Scandinavian countries will also be considered.

I am not sure about USA ....... as there is some funny immigration treaty between Australia and USA.

Anyone intrested PM me for more details.

Sorry mate due to fact that you are from Egypt would be too difficult to get a visa, anyway company wont commit to anyone from high risk country as we already have a few of those and to be honest they are not what we are looking for.
