Service Technician - Office Equipment, Bermuda

Sub-tropical Island living and competitive compensation with only 5.25% tax!

Our Bermuda based client is a leader in the sales and service of office equipment, technology and business products on the island. They are an authorized dealer for premier manufacturers of digital copiers and printers, facsimile machines, laser printers and related office products.

On their behalf, we are seeking a fully trained Canon Service Technician to join their expanding service department. This individual will be called on to support a complete range of business machines in shop and at customer sites. Must have Canon certificates in color copier models, certificates of training on Production would be even better. A certified diploma or degree in electronics from an industry recognized institute would be an asset.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work in an efficient manner and work well under stress and time pressure. The ability to work under minimum supervision, be a self-motivated individual and demonstrate initiative is required. This individual may be required to work evenings and weekends upon short notice.

This is a full-time/staff based role in Bermuda therefore a high level of portability and interest in relocation to a warm weather environment is required.

Remuneration will be in USD equiv. and will be competitive, depending on experience. (5.25 % tax only in Bermuda.) A full range of benefits are offered including major medical, dental , long-term disability, life insurance, pension plan and more.
