There is currently an opening at Kyocera easyIT for a Remote Support Specialist.


The Remote Hardware Support Specialist will provide initial problem determination for Customer Support Contracts. From customer interaction, develop a Service Action Plan, deploy required parts, and provide additional support to Field Engineers if required.
A strong background in Troubleshooting and Repair of Multiple Brands of Copiers, MFPs and Printers is required. Previous experience in providing remote troubleshooting and support is desired.
