At this time, we have an immediate need for someone with experience on the Ricoh Priport VT3800 Duplicator. We suspect there is a clutch problem.

Hi!

We have a problem with this machine. It doesn't clamp the master correctly. I suggest the clamper works fine, but after it feeds the master it doesn't clamp it. Is there a possibility to adjust the lenght of the master? I think the feed lenght is too long.
