Service Technician,

KBA is seeking a dedicated individual to join our growing organization as a full time Field Service Technician to provide copier & printer maintenance at customer sites.

Job Duties
• Provide repair service for client copiers and printers
• Maintain equipment by listening to customer concerns, conducting inspections; repairing mechanical issues and malfunctions; replacing parts; performing preventative maintenance
• Install and perform product updates as necessary
• Maintain equipment appearance
• Replenish operating supplies as needed & maintain supply inventories
• Manage cost by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options
• Keep car stock at required levels
• Update knowledge by attending educational opportu ities and reading technical publications

Skills and Qualifications
• Copier and printer experience is desirable but is not a requirement - experience with PCs is helpful
• Exceptional verbal communication skills when addressing customers - must be fluent in English
• Good listening skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail oriented
• Capable problem solver & sensible
• Good time management & organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Positive attitude & professional appearance
• California driver’s license in good standing & reliable vehicle - we will reimburse for mileage, tolls, and parking
