Can anyone advise on the following problem on an HP4345?

When copying from either cassette the paper feeds out of the fuser and up into the switchback and jams. The paper is concertina'd up out of the fuser as it is being driven with no where to go. Also there is no image on the sheet. There is also a further sheet fed out of the cassette when only one copy has been asked for. The HP shows a 13.03 jam, once the sheet is removed from the r/h side it then displays the 13.20 jam. If the manual feed is used the machine works fine!
We have had 3 machines with this problem and have been unable to repair them. We have replaced all the boards and formatter. We have replaced 2 machines and now have the same symptoms on a 3rd. There is no help from HP apart from 'replace all the boards'!

Has anyone else come across this fault?

I cleaned the feed tires, but they don't seem worn at all. The meter is 44K.

I have cleaned the tires twice and it works fine for a couple days.

I don't know this machine at all. I don't want to order the feed kit if it is something else causing it.
Thanks

Hi all. Working on a HP CLJ9500MFP (the one with the touchscreen).
Fault is, all three lights on the left hand side light up, but the display is blank. Just stays at this state and does not change.
Customer reports it was coming up with different error codes, but cannot recall what any of them were.

What I have done -
Checked display brightness knob.
Reseated all cables on control panel/touchscreen.
Reseated all cables to DC Controller and replaced DC controller.
Removed jetdirect card and hdd.
Tested with new DRAM.
Moved Control Panel EIO card from slot 2 to 1 and tested.
Swapped memory from Control Panel EIO card with formatter memory

Still no luck.

Hoping someone has come across this before.

Hi there,

I would like to successfully repair an HP Deskjet 9300 but everything I have tried until now does change nothing. Everytime all the printer leds are blinking, but sometimes I can get it to work. I can print a couple of pages and suddenly it stops and starts blinking again the three leds. I have already checked voltages, cleaning all, oiling sparingly. Ink Carts are new. Service station is clean and dry. The encoder strip is in good conditions and clean.
One thing I have noticed is that the head moves shortly one side and shortly the other side and then the leds start blinking.
The leds are not blinking at the same time, they do that in a asynch manner.
The error trap sequence is C 00E 04 02. The last code 02 means "error_pen_trident_a2d_incomplete".

I would be glad to have some advice or help, thanks.
