What is the best "cleaning" or "rubber renewing" product that
can be safely used on the paper rollers on XEROX copies?

I own a Xerox DOC 250 and have been getting a lot of paper jams lately.

I have used two products in the past.

One is called RUBBER RENEW by a company call M.G. Chemicals.

The other is called SUREWASH ROLL CLEANER by a company called Baumfolder Corporation.

Also, I noticed that there are at least THREE different types of rollers inside of my Doc 250.

There are the "soft" rubber black rollers.

There are the "hard" plastic blask rollers

and there are the "soft" plastic "clear/white" rollers

Is there a product that I can safely use on all of these?

Thanks in advance.

Hello together !

At first, I Would like to say Hello to the whole community and second, I would like to post my first question.
I have a Xerox DC432ST and since a few days it does not want to start anymore. Nothing had been changed.
When I put on the main switch (the black one on the side) I hear a fan for two seconds but when I switch the main switch on the front side, nothing happens.
I have checked the switches and also the fuses. They are ok.

Have someone perhaps an idea what coukd be the cause of that problem or what part I can check? Can I make something like a HardReset?

I would be very thankful if anyone could help me.

Yours
Steve

I was told that it is a good idea to maintain a DIFFERENT fuser model
for each SIZE of paper that you run on your Doc 250 machine.

For example, 1 fuser that you install when you run 12x18. A different fuser
that you install when you run 8.5 x 11 and a third fuser when you run 11 x17

This will help to eliminate or minimize lines and streaks in the prints.

I have 3 fusers, so I could easily make this standard practice.

Does this make sense or is this just extra work for no benefit?

Thanks in advance
In theory it should work with any ps driver - how do you think. Shall I try with XP drivers plus port monitor?
