I'm looking for an accurate part number for the pin that attaches to the Di470 main body that a FN-105 finisher slides onto.
The part number that I have is 4643U007AA. I got this part number from the first page of the installation guide where all included parts are listed. The part number comes back as invalid. I cannot find the part number anywhere in the FN-105 parts guide.
We've had these pins break before in the past, so I'm assuming that someone out there has replaced one before. Thanks for your help!

C253, 110 K copies approx 50% color. Orignal problem was developer migrating from K i/u onto copies. Swapped with new i/u and CQ lasted around 100 copis before CQ came back. Ran another 500 copies trying to figure out what the problem was but eventually found one of the connections from the HVT board was not seated properly to the rear frame connection for the i/u. Thought great, problem solved, ran a few 100 copies to verify no developer migration but by then enough developer had dumped that the K i/u needed replacement once more. Replaced i/u for 3rd time and now I have CQ issues as you can see in the attached sample. Copier is at latest firmware and no issues with any of the color I/Us. The sample is a half tone 1 piece black on 11x17. The image may not show it very well but the smaller clumps are actually square blocks less than 1x1 mm square. As you can see the pattern repeats throughout the image and it lines up with the circumferance of the drum. Pulled the drum unit out during the copy cycle and the image is being written this way. Pulled the Print heads out lloking for developer spill and swapped C and K around as a test. No change. Any thought? Thanks Emujo

machine: bizhub c450
problem: status code P-21.

Hello. I just reset the fusing unit and image transfer belt today by changing the fuses. After everything was done, the machine seems to take much longer to stabilize the image on first boot up and there's an "A" icon at the bottom, when clicked, says Machine Status P-21. I searched around and it turns out to be a color gradation problem.

I entered tech mode and printed out the color gradations, seems like the cyan gradation has problems, it's just missing a blob. Any ideas on how to fix this and how to help with the slow image stabilization? During image stabilization it sounds like the belt and gears are spinning more than usual and there's some odd grinds to it. After a little, it says Ready to Accept Jobs and theres no more grinding, even when printing or copying. Did I slide the transfer belt in crooked? Thanks.

Besides those two quirks everything seems to work fine.

Hey Tech Gods,

I pulled the afore said finisher out of a site because it stopped working midway through a copy job. No codes or anything. Just will not function. The finisher works fine at our offices and is running great. On site it doesn't show that their is a finisher even attached to the machine. This Finisher also has the Staple Unit attached to it.

Question:
We are thinking that it is the power/logic connector on the back of the copier itself. Konica tells us to check the fuses. Has anyone else ran into this if so any fixes I should attempt before getting a new wiring harness and re-running that bad boy.

I have a customer who previously had a C450 mfp scanning to email through their company proxy server, and has been working fine. Recently, scanned pages are no longer being attached to the email, rather being embedded into the body of the email in code. We have swapped all boards, HDD and upgraded the firmware ROM with no success in correcting the issue.

As a short term workaround, and essentially a test, we have deployed a new C550 in it's place and are experiencing the same results. We have brought out a small tabletop AIO and configured it the same as the bizhubs, and this machine sends the emails appropriately, with proper attachment.

Here is the BODY of the received email (maybe there is something here that can help identify the problem) I have omitted the majority of the embedded code to keep this post from being to big.
We've got the Fiery S300 50C-KM Rip connected to our C500 Bizhub Pro. As not to get to wordy here, we've tracked down drivers that work with Windows 7 64bit / Vista 64bit.

My problem is that within the driver, printer properties to be exact, there is a tab that has the installable options of the machine (finisher, hole punch etc.)

These items are greyed out and cannot be set. I know it has something to do with security/permissions on the computer,,,,,but I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the permissions that pertain to the driver/rip. I am able to print, but not specify options and other items in the driver.

I am logged into my machine as administrator, and I'm positive that I have the rip setup properly (username, password, network etc.)

Does anyone have a solution/workaround for this issue?

I'm also in search of "restore disks" for the rip,,,any info regarding them would be a great timesaver too!

Many thanks in advance!
